When Joe Chauncey founded Boxwood Designs in 1989, the vision he had for his Portland venture was simple and specific: a design firm that delivered desirable aesthetics and sustainability in equal measure. Eventually, Chauncey crossed the Columbia to take part in Seattle’s blooming sustainable architecture market.

For over two decades, Anacortes-based interior design firm Gracious Living has served a multitude of clients all over Washington state. Founder Molly McIntosh and her skilled crew operate on the principle that, while they have the professional expertise, the homeowners themselves have their own style and preferences.
