Capitol Hill’s Charming New Ernest Loves Agnes is turning kids into pizza chefs!

Pizza-loving kids will have a chance to learn the craft this month at the first of a series of Kid’s Pizza Workshops held at Ernest Loves Agnes. On February 21st, kids will enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with a lesson in pizza-making Chef Mac Jarvis, who will share some pizza-makers tricks of the trade. Kids will then have a chance to see parts of the kitchen, take part in pizza related activities and create, top, cook and enjoy their own creations.

Heartwood Provisions, a Contemporary American restaurant constructed around an intricate pairing program, announced today that it opens today at First and Spring in the heart of downtown Seattle. Chef Varin Keokitvon and Beverage Director Amanda Reed will feature a menu designed primarily to work in pairs. Original beverages have been created to enhance the food, which in its turn serves to embellish the drinks.
