Aptly described by Richard “I’m Better Than You At Life” Sherman, the “poopfest” that is Thursday Night NFL games kicked off with the Los Angeles Rams visiting Seattle to take on the Seahawks.
The Rams, who just recently fired former head coach Jeff Fisher, have been on a tailspin as of late and came into Thursday on a four-game losing streak and fresh off of a 42-14 beatdown at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons.
Seattle’s largest, locally produced brunch event, Bacon, Eggs & Kegs is returning for its third and biggest event Saturday and Sunday, August 27-28 at CenturyLink Field from 11 am – 3 pm! We’ve attended the past two events and it’s not to be missed. We love the demos, photobooth (in a giant inflatable skillet!), and all the tasty brunch dishes. The Bloody Mary bar is like nothing we’ve ever seen before!
In need of some sunny news? Even though we might feel dubious about it at present, boating season will return and, when it finally does arrive, we best be prepared. Lucky for us, the 66th Annual Seattle Boat Show, Indoors + Afloat opens this Friday the 25th at 11 a.m., giving plenty of reasons to daydream of carefree days gliding atop Seattle’s waterways.
