Every knows about “the crab.” But did you know said crab has a tail? A rarity in restaurants, Alaskan King crab “tails” are featured on Elliott’s Oyster House menu this month, giving you the perfect opportunity to sample something on the unique end of the seafood spectrum.

With a texture somewhat like shrimp and the sweet taste of crab, these tails are marinated with chili sauce, garlic and shallots and grilled. Served with a jasmine rice cake, snow peas and pickled cucumber, the spicy grilled King Crab Medallions entree will be available for both lunch and dinner.
