Taste Washington returns with four exciting days of tastings, experiences, eating, learning and more from March 31st – April 3rd. Taste Washington is the largest single-region wine and food event in the United States that attracts thousands of wine and food enthusiasts to the Seattle area. Join over 225 Washington wineries, 65 restaurants, local and national chefs, and more for the culmination of Taste Washington! There will be an array of events starting with the elegant Red and White Party Thursday, The New Vintage Friday, and the Grand Tasting at CenturyLink Field Event Center Saturday and Sunday.
RED AND WHITE PARTY / THURSDAY, MARCH 31
This is an elegant party hosted on the Seattle waterfront at AQUA. Wear your red and white best while enjoying exclusive pours of vintage library wines, one-of-a-kind barrel samples, and reserve wines. This sophisticated event will provide tastes of wines from the past, sneak peeks of wines to come as well as coveted pours so exclusive, during the Taste Washington weekend, they will only be available during the Red & White Party.

THE NEW VINTAGE / FRIDAY, APRIL 1
Now in its second year, The New Vintage is moving to the very center of it all in downtown’s distinctive Motif Seattle. There will be Washington wines to discover and delicious bites crafted by some of the city’s most celebrated chefs. Sneak into the Rosé Lounge and indulge in this of-the-moment varietal, then groove to the beats of renowned DJ Tina T. It will be a stylish and modern celebration of Washington wines that you won’t want to miss.

GRAND TASTING / SATURDAY & SUNDAY, APRIL 2-3
Featuring more than 225 Washington State wineries and 65 Pacific Northwest restaurants, the Grand Tasting is the grand finale of Taste Washington weekend. In addition to the tasting, the Alaska Airlines Chef’s Stage will feature celebrity chefs performing live demonstrations showcasing their best culinary skills and tips.
This year’s demonstrations will be led by Chef Ryan Burnett of Muckleshoot Casino, Chef Jason Stratton of Mamnoon, Chef Aarti Sequeira Host of Food Network’s Aarti Party and Food & Wine’s Best New Chef in 2012 Chef Jenn Louis of Lincoln Restaurant + Sunshine Tavern.
