Chefs Mutsuko Soma of Kamonegi and Chef Heong Soon Park of Chan Seattle swap cuisines for one night to create a menu celebrating two Asian cuisines that have inspired chefs across the globe. The menu will feature Korean-Japanese dishes, Soma to implement Korean touches on each dish, likewise Park for Japanese, and Soma’s signature soba with a Korean flair.
The Kamonegi x Chan dinner will take place at Chan Seattle at 86 Pine Street on Sunday, March 5 with seating’s available from 5pm to 8:30pm. Tickets for the dinner are available through Brown Paper Tickets (http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2888754).
The 6-course meal complete with assorted banchan is $85, including gratuity. Guests can purchase a $30 beverage pairing with the menu and additional bar options at Chan.
