Pablo y Pablo is a Mexican restaurant located on the bottom floor of the new Tableau HQ building that opened this past summer. It’s located one block north of Gas Works Park on the corner of N. 34th and Woodlawn. The space is bright with patio seating during the warmer months and window-filled offering modern Mexican fare and an extensive selection of tequila & mezcal.

Start with the Grilled Street Corn with cotija cheese, cilantro, and lime served on the cob or Roasted Cauliflower with pepitas, pickled raisins and fresno chilies, and lime crema.
Vegan Nachos are perfect for vegetarian and/or dairy-free customers as they’ve swapped queso for creamy cashew cheese! The nachos are loaded with pico de gallo, pickled jalapeños, salsa, guacamole, and cilantro. Add Roasted Mushrooms, Vegan Chorizo, or Spiced Beans. Grilled Quesadillas with oaxaca and jack cheese, salsa, onion-poblano rajas, guacamole, and crema.
Pablo y Pablo offers three vegetarian tacos: Farmers Market with seasonal vegetables, Vegan Chorizo with cashew cheese and pico de gallo, and Vegan Charred Broccoli with salsa, cashew cheese, pickled fresno, and fried onions.

If you’re looking for lighter fare, Roasted Kobocha Soup finished with ancho oil, pepitas, and crema is perfect for a cold Seattle evening or Brussels Sprout Salad with kale, feta, almonds, radish, and honey-lime vinaigrette.
If your dining partners aren’t partaking in Meatless Monday, we’d recommend the Bahn Mi Taco with juicy pork belly and pickled vegetables on top or the Carnitas Pork plate with corn tortillas.
Happy hour drink and food specials run Monday through Friday from 3-6pm. Lunch (11am – 3pm) and dinner (4pm – close) are served daily. Weekend brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 3pm.
