On Friday, December 8th, Elysian Brewing is hosting their final Capitol Hill Series Release for 2017. Bête Blanche (once their Spring Seasonal) is back from the vaults as their sixth beer release in the 2017 series.
Join Elysian Brewing on the Hill for a ceremonial tapping of Bête Blanche and a toast from Capitol Hill Lead Brewer, Hiawatha Rhyans. All proceeds from Bête Blanche sold during the event will go to Bailey-Boushay House, which helps individuals with chronic illnesses such as ALS, AIDS, and HIV find housing and health care.
Seattle favorite Smokey Brights will also be performing live!

About Bête Blanche
Deceptive and delicious Belgian-style Tripel. A twist on the French expression “Bête Noire”. Bête Blanche is extremely drinkable, blonde and somewhat treacherous. Brewed entirely from Pale malt and augmented in the boil with clear Belgian candy sugar. Bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Styrian Goldings hops. Fermented with Belgian ale yeast. 7.4% ABV, 36 IBU.
