Frankie & Jo’s latest frozen yogurt flavor is the first release in their new partnership with Imperfect Produce. The new Rhubarb Yuzu Yogurt is made with Imperfect Produce rhubarb. This flavor is available until April 3rd and is made with coconut milk, coconut yogurt, cane sugar, rhubarb, cocoa butter, coconut oil, yuzu juice, lemon juice, probiotics, salt and nutritional yeast.
Frankie & Jo’s makes its own fermented coconut yogurt that takes 3 days to make and is super creamy, sweet and slightly tangy. You’ll notice the difference this process makes in your first bite!
The Rhubarb Yuzu Yogurt falls on the sweeter side, especially with the added richness of the coconut yogurt. However, I love a frozen treat that satisfies my sweet tooth in just a small cup, giving me all of the flavor and satisfaction I was looking for without all of the added calories.
Grab your scoop of Rhubarb Yuzu Yogurt while it’s still available at Frankie & Jo’s in Capitol Hill or Ballard (also available nationwide via shipping).

About Imperfect Produce
Imperfect Produce is a produce delivery company that sources ugly produce straight from the farms and delivers it to your door for 30-50% less than grocery store prices.
20% of the produce grown in the U.S. never makes it off the farm, often going to waste, because it doesn’t meet the strict cosmetic standards of grocery stores. Check out our piece on Imperfect Produce for more on the company’s mission and how they’re making a difference.
