Evergreens launches a new soup menu

Evergreens, the Pacific Northwest’s premier made-to-order, fast-casual restaurant concept serving healthy and delicious salads, wraps and warm grain bowls is excited to announce the launch of their new soup menu, just in time for those chilly winter months!

The menu will feature a rotating selection of two soups daily (many of them vegan!), including but not limited to:

  • Broccoli Cheddar
  • Carrot Ginger (v)
  • Ancho Tortilla (v)
  • Tomato Basil (v)
  • Mushroom & Wild Rice
  • Kale & White Bean (v)
  • Hearty Lentil (v)
  • Split Pea (v)

*v – vegan

Soups are $4 each with choice of garnish from the salad line (i.e., croutons, Parmesan and pesto on the Tomato Basil), and $3 when purchased with a salad, wrap, or grain bowl.

The Seattle-based company will begin rolling out the soups in select locations, with plans to expand to all soon. Soup lovers will initially be able to find the soups at the following shops:
