We had the opportunity to attend the opening night of Finding Neverland by KeyBank Broadway at The Paramount Theatre. Going in, even though I knew the story and had seen the movie before, it was much more than I expected! The highlight of the show was the incorporation of comedy and the talent of the four young boys who stole the show! There are a few remaining showtimes, including tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday.

KeyBank Broadway at The Paramount is pleased to announce that FINDING NEVERLAND will play The Paramount Theatre from January 10 – 15, 2017. Based on the Academy Award-winning Miramax motion picture by David Magee, and the play The Man Who Was Peter Pan by Allan Knee, Finding Neverland follows the relationship between playwright J.M. Barrie and the family that inspired Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn’t Grow Up – one of the most beloved stories of all time.

The Hard Rock Cafe Seattle really got into the competitive spirit by showcasing talented bartenders in the fourth annual Global BARocker Competition. The event, hosted by 100.7 The Wolf’s Ellen Tailor and Happy Hour Radio’s Sommelier Christopher Chan, took place November 10th and was the first round of this global competition.

Washington winemaker Charles Smith is bringing holiday cheer (and music) to Georgetown with his first annual holiday bash at Charles Smith Wines Jet City. The festival is this Friday, December 16th and will feature three great bands on Mike McCready’s HockeyTalkter label: Danny Newcomb & The Sugarmakers, Stereo Embers, and Star Anna.
Last Saturday, Seattleite had the opportunity to attend the sold-out Porter Robinson and Madeon Shelter Live Tour at WaMu Theater in Seattle. The pop-centric show did not disappoint and included both innovative electronic dance music and incredible indoor pyrotechnics.
