BEER CAMP THIS FRIDAY

Looking for weekend plans? Beer Camp is calling your name. Presented by the Hop Growers of America, Sierra Nevada’s annual extravaganza (the country’s largest craft beer festival), hosts events in eight U.S. cities this month,  landing in Gas Works Park this Friday, June 30. The festive event welcomes more than 90 local and national breweries in addition to some of the city’s best food trucks, musicians and entertainers.

In 1996, the SuperSonics reached the NBA Finals, Nirvana released “From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah,” and Elysian Brewing Company poured its first beer in Seattle’s Capitol Hill. A lot has changed since, but the beer is still flowing from Elysian, 20 years later. To celebrate, Elysian is throwing a rager on Saturday, June 11, complete with plenty of beer from Elysian and friends, food trucks, art, live entertainment, special appearances and much more. MARK YOUR CALENDARS!
