Chef Matt Broussard hosts a Tex-Mex pop-up.

Chef Matt Broussard is hosting his popular Padre Island pop-up on June 30th at the Atrium Kitchen at Pike Place Market. He currently works as a cook at Tom Douglas’ Palace Kitchen. Matt grew up in southern Texas and his cuisine is a modern interpretation of Tex-Mex. He will prepare the food in an open kitchen and diners will feast at a communal table for this exclusive event.
