SCT’S dinner series satisfies with an exciting, delicious lineup for 2011.
Imagine a handful of Seattle’s most highly renowned culinary masters, working together in one kitchen to prepare a meal just for you. For six separate nights throughout the year, the Seattle Chef’s Table makes this food lover’s fantasy a reality.

Now in its third year, SCT’s Dinner Series features six celebrated local chefs working side by side. Each evening will have a different theme to showcase the skills of our region’s finest culinary artists.
Every dinner is served at one of the chef’s home restaurants. The “host” will prepare the hors d’oeuvres and dessert, while the other remaining five are each responsible for a course in between. This year’s lineup features a wide range of international cooking styles, from traditional French cuisine to exotic delicacies of the Eastern Mediterranean coast.
All of the participating chefs are former winners of the James Beard Award Best Chef Northwest award. Hosting a dinner at their home restaurant will be: Thierry Rautureau of Rover’s; John Sundstrom of Lark; Holly Smith of Cafe Juanita; Jason Wilson of Crush; Tamara Murphy of Terra Plata; and Maria Hines of the Golden Beetle.
The series’ first two dinners of 2011 – Regions of France hosted by Rover’s and The Whole Beast hosted by Lark – were a huge success. SCT dinners always sell out, so be sure to book tickets well in advance. Reservations are handled by the hosting restaurant.
